Reuse Fair in Watson Lake

Zero Waste Yukon and Lumel Studios are hitting the road to host Reuse Fairs in communities outside of Whitehorse! We’ll be in Watson Lake on October 21st!

The event will include a clothing swap, a workshop with Artist Leslie Leong, and a demonstration of glass blowing using recycled glass by Lumel Studios!

Bring your clean, old glass jars and bottles to be transformed into something beautiful. Or bring along some plain clothing from your closet that could use a make-over. Leslie Leong will teach you how to make old clothing new again with block printing. Or donate your old clothing to Zero Waste Yukon’s clothing swap and exchange for something new!
